Plans are priced based on the total number of customer slots consumed. Support & Update renewals are always optional.

We have priced SPBAS in a way that makes it affordable for any business. Start out with the free version and upgrade as needed.

The total upgrade cost is the difference between the plan you have now and the plan that you are upgrading to. Contact us if you need an upgrade.

Upgrades are as simple as changing the license key in your SPBAS admin area. No data will be lost and there's no need to reinstall.

1. What are your plans based on?

SPBAS is sold and licensed based on the number of customer records in your installation. Our pricing was designed to be affordable for both large and small businesses alike. Start out with our free 25 customer version and upgrade all the way up to SPBAS Max which has no customer limit.

2. After the initial support & download period expires, am I forced to renew?

Absolutely not! Support & download access renewals are 100% optional.

3. What happens when I reach my customer limit?

Congratulations, your business is growing! When you reach your customer limit, it's as easy as changing your license key and paying the price difference to upgrade to a larger SPBAS license.

Our software is all about simplicity, once you are close to reaching your customer limit a message will appear in your administration panel prompting you to upgrade your license. If you exceed the customer limit, your access to the administration panel will be disabled. However, you'll always be able to accept your new orders and your customers will always be able to access the customer area.

4. Do I need a license for each of my online businesses or websites?

No, SPBAS has built in support for running multiple businesses and/or brands from a single database. We accomplish this through our storefront packages which enable you to run fully branded e-commerce sites that all talk back to a single SPBAS admin installation.

Each license comes with one storefront and the ability to add more for a small fee. This allows you to setup one storefront for www.producta.com and another for www.productb.com - each will appear fully integrated into each website, but allow you to centrally manage them both through a single SPBAS installation.
