How does the Free Version work?
Simple. In less than 5 minutes you download and install the fully featured version of our Business Automation Software on your server. After you have it running, you can start selling your product! Once you reach your 10 customer limit, you can easily upgrade without any need to change your settings or update your software. The free SPBAS license includes one storefront but no guarantee of support - if you want guaranteed support, please purchase a license.
What happens when I reach my customer limit?
Congrats, your business is growing! When you reach your customer limit, it's as easy as changing your license key and paying the price difference. Our software is all about simplicity so once you get close to reaching your limit, our system automatically notifies you. You'll always be able to accept new orders - even if you reach your customer limit, only the SPBAS administration panel is impacted, your order form will continue to accept sales.
I need more than 5,000 customers and source code!
We offer a no customer limit version called SPBAS Max that includes all standard features and 99% source code.
Where's the ionCube bundle?
ionCube products can be bundled with SPBAS during the order process. You can build your own bundle by choosing from a selection of ionCube addons. Because of the heavy discounts we can't offer ionCube bundles for SPBAS 1000 or any leased version of SPBAS.
How does your license system work?
Our license system is fully automated. When your customer places an order the license key is automatically generated. Based on what your settings are, the license key can be tied to a domain, IP, and can be set to only be active for a specified time period. With SPBAS you know when and where your software is being used.
Do I need a license for each of my online businesses or websites?
No, SPBAS has built in support for running multiple businesses from a single database. We accomplish this through our storefront packages. Storefront packages enable you to run fully branded storefronts (shopping cart, customer area, KB, etc.) that all talk back to a single SPBAS admin installation. Each license comes with one storefront and the ability to add more for a small fee. This allows you to setup one storefront for www.producta.com and another for www.productb.com - each will appear fully integrated into each website, but allow you to centrally manage them both through a single SPBAS installation.
