Support Issues
Depending on the issue you are having, these can normally be resolved either through email, the helpdesk, or through the forums.
General questions, features or the best way to setup your installation can generally be posted on the forums and will be answered by staff, and often other users will add their point of view on the issue. We're also happy to take questions via the helpdesk and email, so don't hesitate to get in touch using the method that suits you best. Issues which will require us to login to your installation or server can only be resolved via email or the support desk at sales@spbas.com. These issues cannot be resolved on the forums.
If you have an issue, please only post it on the forums or send it to us via email/through the helpdesk. In the past, people have posted their issues in both places which has resulted in information being split between the forums and our internal tracking systems, which delayed the resolution to the problem. Keeping everything together in the one place will allow us to resolve your issue much more efficiently. Please also remember the forums are viewable by all of our clients, and some can be viewed by guests as well. As such, you may want to avoid posting any private information which you don't want any other users to be able to see.
